Organization of training

The training process is divided into 3 stages:

  • PLACEMENT TEST
    Participants take a paper or online placement test on princeton.pl/en/test/ 
  • NEED ANALYSIS
    Based on the interview with your company representative, we set the goal of the training and provide a preliminary analysis of the client’s needs.
  • DIVIDING INTO GROUPS
    According to the results of the test, we divide the participants into groups.
  • PREPARING THE TRAINING PROGRAM
    Based on information about the level and needs of participants, we create a program for the course and choose coursebooks.
  • TRIAL LESSON
    We organize free trial lessons aimed at getting to know the teacher, his methodology and study materials.
  • MONITORING OF ATTENDANCE
    During the course, the teacher keeps attendance records and prepares monthly reports.
  • CONTROL OF EFFECTIVENESS
    During the course, the teacher checks the progress of students in different ways: grammar revision, progress tests, semester and final exams.
  • SEMESTER PROGRESS REPORT
    Based on the results of the semester test, attendance and work of individual participants, we prepare semester reports. These reports summarize the stage of the training and assess its effectiveness.
  • QUALITY CONTROL
    The quality of in-company training is monitored by the Training Coordinator and a team of methodology specialists, who have been selected from the most experienced teachers. During the training, the company representative and students have access to an internet platform where lecturers post information about attendance, materials and learning progress.
  • FINAL TEST
    At the end of the training, we will organize a final test, cross-checking the knowledge and progress of participants.
  • FINAL REPORT
    Based on the results of the progress tests and the final exam, attendance and work of the individual participants in the class, we prepare reports which describe their progress and achievements.
  • TRAINING REPORT
    We also prepare a final report which evaluates the course of the entire training and assesses its effectiveness.
  • CERTIFICATES
    Based on the overall results of every student, we prepare Princeton Language Academy Certificates which describe the level achieved by the student and assess the effectiveness of the course. Those certificates entitle participants to continue classes on a higher level.

POLISH TEACHER

We introduce and improve practical communication skills in the work environment. We use both general and professional language connected with various business fields. Thanks to that students can quickly reach fluency level in using professional language.

CONVERSATION COURSES

NATIVE SPEAKER

Focused on the development of practical communication skills in different situations in both everyday and professional context. Different teaching methods and techniques used during the classes are customized to each participant. Emphasis is placed on speaking,  practical use of vocabulary and improving fluency in communication. Every meeting has a form of a discussion or is conducted with other methods which are supposed to activate speaking adjusted to the level of students.

SPECIALIZED COURSES

POLISH TEACHER / NATIVE SPEAKER

BUSINESS ENGLISH, FINANCIAL, TECHNICAL, LEGAL, IT, MEDICAL, etc.

Dedicated to those who want to get to know or extend their knowledge of terms and usage of the specialized language in their professional environment: business, banking, finance, marketing, law, medicine, IT. Apart from coursebooks for professionals, the course is based on specialized articles, publications, technical documentation, graphs, websites etc. To diversify the training we use many extra materials such as fragments of articles, professional literature, websites, commercials, and case studies.

EXAM PREPARATION COURSES

POLISH TEACHER

FCE, CAE, CPE, TOEFL, LCCI, BEC, TOLES, etc.

Aimed at gathering and completing knowledge on a certain level and getting to know the strategy, techniques and structures of a given exam, its requirements and types of questions. The classes are conducted with the use of coursebooks, tests and authentic exam materials.

How we conduct the audit

In the form of a short test, the purpose of which is to check the general level of knowledge of grammatical structures, vocabulary and comprehension skills.

In the form of a conversation with a methodologist aimed at verifying the ability to use the language actively.

In the form of observation of communication skills during exercises in pairs, groups or individual statements.

Audit Results

After conducting diagnostic classes:

We analyze test results and assessments of individual language skills.

We prepare a report with a detailed description of the language competencies of a given employee in relation to the scale of the Council of Europe (A1-C2).

We present tailor-made solutions and suggested language training programs.
